PROCESSING FACILITY
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
The processing facility represents, after the production area, the second core hub of the company.
Here, there is a mechanized processing line
with 52 workstations, dedicated to the selection, inspection, and packaging of the
freshly harvested product.
The packaging is carried out along the processing line, using also flow-pack technology, which allows for airtight sealing while preserving the product’s freshness and organoleptic characteristics.
Quality control, which begins inside the greenhouses, is completed at this stage.
Each truss is carefully inspected according to specific parameters:
• average weight
• possible defects
• brix level
• number of fruits
This approach allows us to maintain high quality standards, ensuring that every customer receives a truly Premium product.
