Before harvesting, periodic analyses are carried out on all production batches to ensure, through analytical verification, that Isolana products comply with the established standards of taste and safety. Post-harvest controls are essential to guarantee the absence of contamination during packaging and transportation.
The Nickel Free label on the packaging guarantees that the nickel content in the product is below 0.01 mg/kg, as required by the certifying corporation DNV.
