Isolana is a project developed by Isolagrande Srl in collaboration with OP Valleverde, with the aim of enhancing the authentic taste of fruits through the development of a premium line grown in highly technological facilities. These structures make it possible to maximize quality while reducing resource waste and the use of fertilizers, in accordance with the principles of integrated pest management.

Isolana products must have high standards of quality and flavor, selecting only fruits with the best balance between acids, sugars, and aroma, as well as a high Brix level. We also ensure that crunchiness, juiciness, and skin fineness are perfectly balanced to give an ideal sensory experience.
