Aubergine
Baby aubergine, the new arrival!
Excellent in a moment: with a particular shape, bright color, the absence of seeds, the sweet taste and the thin anti-cholesterol skin make it ideal for many creative recipes. Compared to other aubergines it’s immediately ready to be consumed, easy to cut and quick to get to ideal cooking. Baby aubergine is also less watery than the classic aubergines. Rich in fiber, vitamins and active ingredients, it guarantees a high intake of antioxidant flavonoids.
CHARACTERISTIC:
Thin and elongated shape of 20-25 cm, bright purple color, thin skin, tender and not fibrous pulp. Easy to cut and quick to get to ideal cooking, very tender and tasty, particularly sweet. It is a product rich in fibers, vitamins and active ingredients, and guarantees a high intake of antioxidant flavonoids.
